Job Descriptions:

  • Receive and record customer complaints regarding water issues into the system.
  • Carry out administrative activities and monitoring related to customer complaints from initial complaint to the final stage, including recording the closure of complaints in the system.
  • Coordinate follow-up actions with relevant internal parties if there are unresolved complaints.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the process of handling customer complaints for performance evaluation purposes.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree from Any Major.
  • Minimum 2 year of working experience in administration or 1 year in the same field.
  • Computer literate (Ms.Office).
  • Communication & Negotiation Skill.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
