We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our external sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and network in the mould and dies industry specifically into the automotive and packaging segment, proven leadership experience, and a track record of achieving sales targets. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong background and network in the mould and dies industry is essential.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written) is a must.

  • Willingness to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of outside sales personnel to achieve and exceed sales targets.
