Mampu mengembangkan materi pelatihan (Synchronous/ Asynchronous).

Kemampuan untuk mengelola proyek pelatihan (development jangka panjang).

Terampil dalam menggunakan alat-alat pelatihan digital dan menguasai teknologi yang mendukung pelatihan dan pengembangan.

Keterampilan analitis yang baik untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan.

Kemampuan komunikasi verbal dan tertulis.

Keterampilan interpersonal dan kemampuan untuk membangun hubungan yang baik dengan karyawan (peserta Pelatihan), rekan kerja dan atasan.

Kemampuan untuk bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
